Just thought I'd write and tell you what a wonderful day I had with you on my back to biking day. I was nervous getting back on after nearly 5 years off. You filled me with confidence from the off. It all came back to me and I felt a great sense of achievement at the end of the day. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking at getting back to or even taking up biking. I never felt under pressure to do well and everything was very clearly instructed.

Who'd have thought a CBT would be so much fun!!

Arrived feeling a little nervous and apprehensive, having never ridden a bike/scooter before and not knowing what to expect. Was greeted by a very friendly instructor who instantly made me feel at ease. I was typically wobbly and lacking in confidence to begin with, however after some top tips and lots of encouragement and plenty of time practising manoeuvres, I started to feel a little more at one with the scooter. By the time we went out on the road, assisted by the little voice of Tim in my ear, I felt really comfortable and confident. The course does what it says on the tin, a really good day (7hrs nearly in my case) of basic training, however I would doubt that I would've enjoyed it so much had I gone elsewhere. Tim is quite clearly a natural teacher and I think it showed throughout the day. Will definitely be recommending Phoenix to friends, and if I decide to do my full bike test, I will definitely be paying them a visit!
