Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) 16 or over
If you want to ride a moped or a motorcycle in the UK, you must have a current CBT unless you already hold a full motorcycle licence..
You will need a valid UK Licence, with provisional entitlement for a Moped or Motorcycle.
Courses are available seven days a week, with a maximum two customers per instructor.
Cost: £80.00 own machine. Price includes , all safety clothing and equipment,
Cost: £90.00 with bike hire. Price includes , use of one of our machines, all safety clothing and equipment, Fuel and comprehensive insurance
We have sites for CBT training in Newport near the bus station with free on site parking.

 A2 licence - 19 or over
This licence will enable you to ride any motorcycle up to 47 bhp, or any machine restricted to this size. restrictions apply to some machines.
You must be at least 19 years old
Hold a valid UK driving licence,
Have a valid CBT, See above for details
Have passed the UK Motorcycle Theory Test.
A2 licence courses are available seven days a week,
All Courses are on a one to one basis.

Cost £350 or £375 if a CBT is needed.
